Chescu Auctions began in 1955. Over the past 55 years, we have provided very successful farm, antique, real estate, and cattle auctions. George Chescu started the company and has since retired from the company. It is now in the hands of his son Barry Chescu and grandson Joey Chescu.

Barry and his wife Glenda are purebred Simmental producers. Barry and Glenda have managed many large purebred livestock sales and countless farm auctions.

Joey first took his auctioneer training in 1999 at the Canadian college of auctioneering and has been in the auction profession since. In June of 2010, Joey decided to add to his training. He attended and graduated from the World Wide College of Auctioneering in Mason City, Iowa. He plans on focusing on Real Estate and Farm Equipment auctions.
